Alarmist on the Way Back
Again, I have the folks from Guys Drinking Beer to credit for discovering the first government-approved labels for the revived Alarmist Brewing.
Alarmist had closed their taproom on West Peterson this past January. Pollyanna Brewing & Distilling acquired the brand, and apparently the lease on the taproom, last month. They are looking to reopen in about a month.
Now, the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau has approved new label designs for Alarmist’s Pantsless Pale Ale, and Crispy Boy Pilsner. The GDB blog notes that the labels show they will be brewed and packaged in Naperville. The address given is for Craftsmith Beverages, a cooperative contract brewing venture involving Noon Whistle and Go Brewing.
