Starting Sunday, April 26, join us all summer long for Saison Sundays—a laid-back bottle share celebrating Belgian beer and café traditions every last Sunday of the month through August. Bring a bottle of Belgian beer to share and, in lieu of a corkage fee, simply purchase a 0.5L pour of our Saison for each bottle you open.
We’ll provide Teku glassware for tasting, plus complimentary “De Garre–ish” cheese cubes (regulars may remember our De Garre-ish nights from a couple seasons ago) —served with a sprinkle of celery salt (and presented on a doily, natch), inspired by the classic beer-and-cheese pairing tradition found in Belgian cafés like Bruges’ famed De Garre.
So, come share a bottle, discover something new, make new friends, and settle into a new Sunday beer ritual.

Join Two Brothers every Sunday for Cars and Coffee.
We'll have tunes on, grills cooking, and the bar opens at 10am! 
The event is free and open to the public, bring out your cool car/truck/bike, or just come by and check everything out. Our cafe opens at 7am with a full lineup of coffee options as well as some breakfast food, and our restaurant/bar side opens at 10am.
Please no burnouts/excessive revving/reckless driving or behavior, you will be asked to leave, and won't be allowed back in the future.

10:00 am - 4:00 pm 🍺 Trails to Taproom: Palos Trails + Imperial Oak Brewing

The Adventure: This ~4-mile hike in the Palos Trail System winds through dense hardwood forests in Chicago’s southwest suburbs. The hilliest hiking you’ll find in and around Chicago, this pristine forest area is loved for its remote feel that’s only a stone’s throw from the city. We’ll take on the Purple Loop and a short section of the Orange Loop. Post-hike we’ll grab a beer on the patio at Imperial Oak Brewing and enjoy local eats at the taproom from Pizza 750.
Hike Difficulty: Moderate – Ideal for active hikers, these hikes feature more rolling hills and occasional rocky or root-filled sections of the trail.
Hike Distance: ~4 miles | Drive Time: 45 minutes (one way)
Pickup / Dropoff: This trip leaves from / returns to Bitter Pops in Lakeview. Limited metered street parking is available.
What’s Included: Transportation, guided hike, and post-hike pizza and salad. We take care of all the planning and logistics to ensure you have a memorable and exciting adventure.
Food? You can purchase food next to the brewery at Pizza 750 (vegetarian options available).
Participation Waiver: All attendees must sign the Trail to Taproom participation waiver before the event starts.

YOGA with the OMIES takes yoga beyond the traditional yoga studio. Elevate your weekend with a powerful 60 minute all levels vinyasa flow followed by a delicious cold beer.
Vinyasa is a seamless flow from one posture to another while synching movement to breath. Beat driven music follows the ebb and flow of practice to inspire the intensity of your practice while matching the energy of movement. Each posture is preparation for what's to follow as class builds to a peak posture then slowly comes back down to deep stretching before a final rest, shavasana.

Keep the Hot Dog Glass Night Round 3 is coming up in June. The first two times we did this the response was so overwhelming that we had to move it from a weeknight to a Sunday this year. 
For this iteration, we made these sweet new kolsch stanges inspired by the imagery on the iconic Delirium floating elephant glassware as well as new shirts and new hats (see below). And, of course, there's going to be a big ass party all for the love of hot dogs and the beer that pairs perfectly with them. It’s going to be great. Driftless Prairie Meats will be in the house slinging hot dogs while they last. Event starts at 11am and goes all day.
Any extra merch and glassware will be available online and at the taproom the next day.

Get ready for June’s Most Awesome Brew Ride! This one is our average 20+ mile round trip, connecting Brother Chimp STC and Brother Chimp North Aurora. Ride at your own pace on a great route, and start from the monkey that works best! You can start at either location and just enjoy our one-and-only Monkey to Monkey ride!
Helmets are required, and each location will be handing out a free 4oz pour, so grab your favorite bike and come enjoy an out-and-back ride with great brews along the way!

Your registration turns into food, shelter, and vet visits for dogs waiting for a home. Come for the fun, stay for the cause—and help us give more dogs the fresh start they deserve.
Some of our adoptable dogs will be joining us during the event! Dogs, beer, bingo - it doesn’t get better than that!
