Let's caffeinate the cold away! The fine folks from Ten Drops Coffee are gearing up for the 9th installment of our "Caffeination Collaboration" and know as the "Coffee Lab Collab". We will have beers infused with unique varieties and roasts of Ten Drops' Coffee beans. Those same roasts as hot coffee from Ten Drops will also be available to sample and compare with the beers. Coffee infused food items from our neighbors at Pizza 750 as well as bags of whole beans will also be available for purchase at this event.

On this 90-minute-ish tour, you’ll see things not often seen in American breweries; follow the brewing process through three different beers; experience a water tasting (yeah we’re gonna make you taste water); and more.
The quick details:

• Admission is now $18 pre-sale  online / $20 day-of
• Day-of tickets are first come, first served—you can line up before the taproom doors open at noon, but you will not be able to enter the taproom til noon
• 21 + only
• 24 people maximum
• All tours include: three .3L pours of Dovetail beers and some other beer samples; a complimentary .3L Dovetail Brewery glass; and 15% off all to-go beer that day

1. Some lucky person at the event will win the right to buy a Van Winkle 10yr!! Winner to be announced just after the event ends around 4:15pm. Plus, you will get to try some great brews presented by Joel, Tom and a host of suppliers and distributors.
2. We will have our version of a White Elephant drawing for the right to buy tomorrow at 3pm (that’s Saturday). There will be stealing. There will be crying. It’s what Tony wanted. But hopefully it will be fun. Should have around 15 great bottles for this. Draw will be from standard box of tickets. Full rules for those who don’t know will be communicated at the event. You will obviously need to be here to participate.

2:00 pm 🍺 American Craft Beer Hall of Fame Inaugural Inductees

The American Craft Beer Hall of Fame was established to recognize and celebrate those who have significantly contributed to the evolution of craft beer in the United States. From brewers to advocates, to educators and entrepreneurs, the Hall of Fame honors individuals and organizations whose dedication and innovations have shaped the American craft beer landscape through the decades.
Through these honors and recognition, the Hall hopes not only to remember the craft beer industry’s past, but to inspire and encourage its future.
Through a collaboration with Craft Beer Professionals, viewers will have the opportunity to watch the announcement of the inductees live online as it is simulcast on-location at the below locations. In-person attendees at each location will also be able to order pints of a special brew from each brewery, the proceeds of which go to supporting the Hall.

Proceeds from the sale of Inductor will go toward supporting the Hall and its mission of inspiring the next generation of craft beer professionals by recognizing its past.
