One step at a time, we all rise together.
Gather at our brewery this Friday, for the release of Beyond the Summit, a collaboration we brewed and aged here in St. Charles with some of our favorite people in the business, Foreign Exchange Brewing Co.
This big-bodied, double mash imperial stout broke both breweries' previous gravity records, coming in at a cool 17% ABV after a 28 month sleep in premium Heaven Hill bourbon barrels.
Doors open at noon with Beyond the Summit available in 500ml bottles to-go while they last and pouring on tap all weekend long.
An allocation will also be available on our Online Shop at noon on Friday as well. Bottles ordered online must be picked up within 10 days. No limit, proxies allowed.
Distro TBD depending on sales over the weekend.
Can't make it at noon? No worries. Swing by after work and pair this release with the smokey flavors of Midwest Smoke BBQ LLC from 5pm to sellout. Add a dash of music to the occasion with the Eddy Birth duo.
