Chicago Cider Summit and Beer Weekend, February 2-4

This is the weekend part of Chicago Cider Week. It tops off on Saturday with the Cider Summit at Navy Pier.

There are some transitions to report this weekend, but only temporary. Revolution Brewing has announced that “After service this Saturday (February 3), the Brewpub on Milwaukee Ave. will close for a renovation and refresh. We’ll see you later this month with a new look, new menu, and the same friendly faces. … The Taproom at our production brewery on Kedzie Ave. will remain open for your fresh pint of Revolution.”

Additionally, SmallBar Logan Square announced that “SmallBar will be under new ownership as of this Friday, February 2nd. As such, we will be closing the bar for remodeling starting this Friday.

When we open our doors expect to see much-needed updates, including our beloved patio. There is much work to be done, but when we come back we hope to return with the same ol’ SmallBar you all know and love. Thank you, we love you all, and we hope to catch y’all soon!”
